We all need to be creative problem and opportunity identifier. Exponential technology and a blurring of lines between the digital and physical world are changing the world around us. Digital transformation are affecting all aspects of our companies and we need to develop new skills, an open and explorative mindset and new ways of working to be successful in an more dynamic world.
HR is at the beginning of the digital transformation and will be an important enabler for the business transformation with focus on attracting the right talents, creating a culture of openness and constant learning. We need to look beyond our industries, work in cross-functional teams with high speed and a focus on customer experience. Innovation is no longer a task for the R&D department it is up to us all and the future is ours to create!
