BOAT TRANSFER TO DONSÖ
Chartered boat
There will be a free boat transfer chartered by Donsö Shipping Meet between Gothenburg city center and Donsö in the morning on August 29 and August 30. Please note that the boat transfer will take approx one hour and there is only one chartered boat in the morning from each terminal.
We offer two stops, at Stenpiren boat terminal and at Eriksberg boat terminal. The stop at Stenpiren is close to the Comfort Hotel Göteborg and stop at Eriksberg is close to Quality Hotel 11. Make your reservation in the registration form when you sign up for DSM2023. You can also go by regular traffic from Saltholmen boat terminal. Further information regarding boat departing from Saltholmen, see below.
Please note that you can choose to use the boat transfer even if you are not staying at our hotels. Make your reservation in the registration form when you sign up for DSM2023.

REGULAR BOAT TRAFFIC
You can also go by boat from the Saltholmen boat terminal to Donsö. Visit Västtrafik’s Travel Planner for schedules and more details.
There are several options to get to Saltholmen from central Gothenburg:
- tram no. 11 – takes about 35 minutes
- bus no. 114 (Ö-snabben) – takes about 25 minutes
- taxi, for example Taxi Göteborg +46 31 650 000 or Taxi Kurir +46 31 27 27 27
From Saltholmen you continue by boat no. 281 (Saltholmen–Vrångö), takes about 15-30 minutes

Buy your ticket wherever and whenever you like with the Västtrafik To Go app. You don’t need to register to buy a ticket in the app.
PARKING AT SALTHOLMEN – PUBLIC PARKING
Our recommendation is to park at the Långedrag tram stop publick parking lot, Talattagatan, Västra Frölunda, about 1.2 km from Saltholmen boat terminal. Parking no. 4852, see map of the area. You can download the parking app or pay with payment card.

From the parking lot you can take a walk, about 1.2 km/15 minutes, to Saltholmen boat terminal. An other option is to hop on the tram to the Saltholmen boat terminal.
FLY TO GOTHENBURG
The international airport Landvetter (GOT) is located 20 kilometers southeast of the city center of Gothenburg, from which you can travel to various destinations in Europe and the world.
Airport transfer to Gothenburg
It’s easy to get to and from the airport with the shuttle bus service Flygbussarna and the journey time is between 25 and 30 minutes. Buses leave from right outside the terminal building and the final stop is the main bus station Nils Ericssonterminalen in central Gothenburg. Taxis or rental cars are also available at the airport.

HOTEL RESERVATION
Rooms have been reserved at the Comfort Hotel Göteborg and Quality Hotel 11 for the delegates attending Donsö Shipping Meet. You make your reservations in the registration form when you sign up for DSM2023. You will receive an invoice for the hotel cost from Congresso AB. Prices are per room/night and include Swedish VAT.
Price per single room 2 035 SEK incl Swedish VAT (approx. 173 EUR)
Price per double room 2 135 SEK incl Swedish VAT (approx. 182 EUR)
Price per single room 2 145 SEK incl Swedish VAT (approx. 183 EUR)
Price per double room 2 345 SEK incl Swedish VAT (approx. 200 EUR)
An invoice of the hotel cost will be sent separately via e-mail from Congresso AB to the e-mail address provided.
Cancellation of hotel must be sent in an e-mail to Congresso AB info@congressoab.se
In the event of your cancellation of hotel reservation after May 22, 2023 the charge will be 100% of the cost.
