– As registered exhibition personnel you are free to take part of all seminars, the Commercial & Financing Meet, the Safety Meet and the Fishing Meet. You do not have to register separately!
– Please make sure that the number of exhibition personnel in your stand is sufficient during the Commercial & Financing Meet.
– Pre-booked speed meetings are included and will take part in the Exhibitors’ stands. Each speed meeting will last for 20 minutes. Between each meeting there will be a 10-minute break. Read more here
Shipping Company
Target group: Shipping companies/Shipowners, i.e companies with a fleet

HR Meet
The HR Meet is a one day event. The shipping industry is an important part of Sweden’s infrastructure. Within the industry we see a great need for competence in the coming years. Education career guidance counsellors from Sweden are invited to take part in a seminar, where they will learn more about different professions in shipping and possible educational paths. Innovation Project Ideas Workshop
Do you have an idea that could improve the maritime industry? Would you like to be part of projects that do? Please join others with a similar interest and see what project ideas the interaction can lead to.
The workshop focus is on maritime safety and clean shipping. The goal is to develop the best ideas into potential innovation and implementation projects and partnerships. Project themes include digital solutions to improve maritime safety, reduce emissions and tackle the challenges of winter navigation. Other are improved preparedness for maritime accidents and shore infrastructure for clean shipping.
Typical participants are shipping companies, maritime authorities, researchers and companies targeting the maritime market. The workshop is free of charge and include lunch. Read more here.
Pre-booked speed meeting concept
Pre-booked speed meetings are intended for Exhibitors that has signed up for a stand and Shipping companies/Shipowners, i.e. companies with a fleet. The meetings are held in the Exhibitor’s stands. Each speed meeting will last for 20 minutes. Between each meeting there will be a 10-minute break.
