Purpose
The information you provide us with will be used to fulfil our commitments, to provide you with information and enable digital marketing in the run up to the forthcoming Donsö Shipping Meet event. The purpose of storing the personal data is to communicate ahead of, during and after Donsö Shipping Meet event. By “communicate”, we mean, for example, exhibition registrations and hotel bookings via the form on our website, sending confirmation, information and entry badges for the exhibition, the preparation of invoices and mailing of feedback forms.
