To encourage HR and Crewing personnel to be a part of DSM, we introduced seminars intended for HR and Crewing Personnel at DSM17. This was exceptionally well received and for DSM19 there will be a seminar and a workshop on September 3, in Donsö IS klubbstuga, situated close to the Exhibition area.

Seminar – DISC Puls Analysis. September 3, 13:30 – 15:00
Self-awareness, the understanding that we are different as individuals in the management team and employees and communicate effectively to different personality types.
With the help of personality profiles, individuals can strengthen themselves in their self-knowledge, which is important as a manager and employee in a working group. DISC Puls Analysis can help, gain an increase the understanding of each other and see the strengths of each other’s differences. It also increases the knowledge of how to communicate effectively and successfully.
Workshop – How can we communicate clearly, motivation and driving forces. September 3, 15:30-17:00
Understand how our individual behavior affects entire groups. Find driving forces and motives. Create desired cultures in the group.
