To be part of the speed meetings you start by:
- Signing up your company for an exhibition stand. This is easily done by clicking on the “Book a stand” button. Please note that only the contact person for the exhibiting companies will receive emails regarding speed meetings.
- Sign up yourself and your colleagues as exhibition personnel. Two people are included in the cost of the exhibition stand, but you can sign up as many people as you like. If more than two people attend, the fee is 5,500 SEK (6,875 SEK incl Swedish VAT) for each additional person. (Please note that if you are signing up for a stand and don’t know who will be present at DSM, there is no problem signing up exhibition personnel later on).
- When signing up for the stand you:
-Indicate the maximum number of speed meetings your company would like to have.
-let us know if there are any special requests.
-choose the category of people/positions you want to have meetings with: Technical, Commercial, HR/Crewing or Administration. Below we have listed subcategories, to indicate the various departments you can be match with for your meetings.
- In the beginning of May 2021 (approx.) the contact person for the exhibiting companies will receive an email with a link, where they choose the companies to meet and the positions in each company they prefer to meet. To be able to make the best possible Meeting chart, you indicate your choices plus 10 extra choices.
- Preliminary schedule
By the end of June 2021 (approx.) the contact person for the exhibiting companies will receive a preliminary schedule for speed meetings by e-mail.
- Final schedule
The final speed meeting schedule will be distributed by mail to the contact person for the exhibiting companies in August and also in the DSM mobile app.
