Due to the coronavirus pandemic and its global restrictions on major events and international travel Donsö Shipping Meet closely monitor the advice of the Swedish government and authorities and follow the decisions and recommendations in relation to the coronavirus.
DSM2021 – Clean Ocean with Future in Sight was postponed and will take place in June 14-15, 2022. All preliminary registrations were automatically transferred to the new dates, if we were not notified differently on September 20, 2021, at the latest.
Terms of payment
The payment should be made in advance. An invoice from Congresso AB will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration process.
- Registration fee will be invoiced in March 2022 or later, if registered later than March 2022
- Exhibition stand will be invoiced in March 2022 or later, if registered later than March 2022
- Interest will be charged on payments made after due date
- If we have to cancel DSM2022 due to Covid-19 there will be a full refund
Cancellations policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to Congresso AB. In the event of a cancellation before October 1st, 2021 the charge will be 30% of the cost. After October 1st the cancellation charge will be 100% of the cost.
In the event of cancellation after October 1, 2021, the charge will be 100% of the cost.
Cancellation of stand, exhibition personnel, shipping delegate after October 1, 2021, will not be charged if the cancellation is due to:
- Decisions and recommendations advice from the Swedish government and authorities in relation to the coronavirus that prevent participation.
- Decisions and recommendations advice from other countries governments and authorities in relation to the coronavirus that prevent participation.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to Congresso AB info@congressoab.se explaining reason for the cancellation.
Name change
It is permitted to make a name change and transfer registration to a colleague. Notification of this name change must be sent in an e-mail to Congresso AB.
Cost of accommodations
If the hotel reservation has been made through the registration process, an invoice of the hotel cost will be sent separately via e-mail from Congresso AB to the e-mail address provided.
In the event of your cancellation of hotel reservation after March 11, 2022 the charge will be 100% of the cost.
Costs extra equipment
Extra equipment in exhibition stand for example Graphic products ordered from DSM order catalogue, set up by Space Production, that has been produced, will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation.
